Spotify login

Got a new phone and downloaded Spotify on new phone and tried to sign In to my account and it won't let me so I reset the password and that one doesn't work either, it keeps saying username or password incorrect

Could you please let me know the type of Spotify account you have? Is it a Facebook-created account or a Spotify standalone account?

Not a Facebook account, I made a username and password when I originally downloaded Spotify

Okay, since yours is a standalone Spotify account, you'll need to be logging in with your username (not your email address) and password, and that should work fine. Let me know if you're definitely using the right login details
