Cannot access account anymore

Cannot access account anymore

Hello,

 

I switched to a family premium plan, but was charged 9.99 anyways. I tried to contact support directly about it, but got no response. So I asked my credit card to refund the payment. Now I am unable to log into my spotify account, and I am wondering if those things were related. Here's the profile to my account: https://open.spotify.com/user/122728531. Please let me know what I can do to get this resolved.

This doesn't sound right. When you contacted support, did you reply to the automated email, even if it's a no-reply?
