Try logging into your account settings on your browser with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.
After that, check the status of your subscription. It should read 'Your subscription is associated with our partner Globe'.
If that's the case, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
If your subscription appears as Free, you may need to link your Globe account to your Spotify again through this site.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. GLOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE NICE AND RESPONSIVE BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE ANYTHING YET.
I’m trying to log in to my spotify. When i go to spotify globe site, it says that my account was akready activated. But when i log in to my spotify, it is still in free mode. How can i connect??

Normally this happens when a duplicate account exists, one with a Spotify username / password and one with your Facebook details.
Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.
After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I have the same effin problem. I cannot activate my premium subscription as part of my plan and connect it to my existing log in. Any other help? Globe is useless!
