Spotify stole me 20 euros

Hello! Please help.

I've NEVER submitted a premium account, but on my card, I miss 20 euros.

9,99 euros to "Spotify Premiu London GB"

and 9,99 same.

I'm am so SORRY for bad English, I'm Italian! Please tell me how can I contact Spotify to solve my problem, or, if you already know the solution, tell me!

When I log in spotify with my account it results "Free" and NOT "premium". Help me ç_ç

Hey guys! UI just noticed that it's not only 20 euros, but more! It's like I was a premium members for mounths! BUT I'M NOT!! How can I stop it?
