Spotify will not respond to contact.

Hello Just wondering why spotify never answers me when I contact them? I have sent 2 e-mails regarding my premimun account, yet they will not answer.

Since you already contacted them, and received no reply, check your email address in your profile page to see if it's the correct one.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

Or send your message directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
