Still charging me !

Still charging me !

I have canceled my subscription two months now and you guys are still charging me i also changed my payment info and you charge me through my old info! THOSE ACTIONS ARE WHAT MAKE PEOPLE LEAVE YOUR SERVICE! I expect you'll fix it and soon enough!

Hey @user-removed,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
