Stolen Premium Account

Stolen Premium Account

It wasn't my account, but apparently only registered users can use the contact form (what's up with that?). My sister had her phone stolen and now she can't access her Spotify account. Username is "blutungen", but both email and password were changed and there's no way she can access the account anymore, not even using her facebook details.

I can provide a previous email and password to prove I'm legit.

Get in touch with the customer services team directly using this contact form (no login) and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
