Stolen facebook account

About a year ago, my phone was stolen and my facebook account (which was used to create a spotify account) was hacked. The person who stole my phone was able to change the password of my facebook and email account. I thought my subscription got terminated because I was able to get facebook to deactivate that account. I've gone to the bank and asked them to cancel my subscription but said that they cannot do that. I want to cancel that subscription to that facebook account.
