Student Discount Offer Problems

I'm having a problem with my Spotify account. When I put in the info. for the Student Discount offer, It said that this info. "is already associated with another account" (I don't have another account). But, when I looked at my bank statement, it said Spotify charged me twice for Student Discount, and my spotify account still is not working (Premium). My question is can I get refunded for the second Student Discount charge to my card? And how can my spotify premium subscription be fixed?
