I'm trying to get the student discount for Spotify Premium, but after I put in my details it says "•We were unable to validate your student details. Please check your status and try again." Why does it say this? What do I need to do differently? Please help!

Hey @sunbean16,

 

If you're currently attending the school year in an accredited college or university, you can sign up for the student discount manually at https://spotify.sheerid.com/.
