Student subscription for Australian Students

Hi, 

Everytime I try to get a student account, I keep getting redirected to the US student site. 

Is there a website for Australian students?

The student subscription in Australia doesn't seem to work for me. It keeps getting stuck at the SheerID page where it says it will redirect me to my University (Monash University in my case) but then goes nowhere. Monash did show up in the list when I started typing it on Spotify so am disappointed it doesn't work. Tried Safari, Google Chrome and Edge. Even went on chat support and they told me I have to contact SheerID directly. Sigh.

Can also confirm the site gets stuck on the SheerID thingy. Tried 3 browsers.

did you try your student email? mine went through and said that it is going to be verified by SheerID in 3 days. It did ask me to upload a pdf from the uni to confirm whether im actually still studying there or not... Its quite the hassle to do 😕

Yea i used my Deakin email but just hangs at the SheerID redirect page

what about clearing your cookies and trying again?

Just tried again, fresh, with a new Firefox install. No adblocks or anything. Still stops on the same page. Clearing cache doesnt seem help either.

Ok nothing works for me too and I've had to stop now because I just found out Spotify has taken out $5.99 x 6 times from my credit card! This is truly annoying given it makes you submit your credit card details before it lets you try to verify. I'm going to have to contact them to find out what happens now =(

Those charges are only temporary. They should drop from your credit card in a few days.
