Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Hi

I took today the offer of 3 months Premium for $ 9.99 Mexican pesos, but when I check my bank account has tripled the payment. And I still have not received the confirmation email for Premium. (I've already checked my spam folder )

 

And my account in the web and app appears free.

 

Whats next?

 

What should i do?

 

Please help me.

If you could answer the questions below we can get a better idea of what's happening here and help.

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Do you see all your playlists in the account?
3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

1. I use my Spotify username.
