Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

i have a postpaid plan and it comes with a free spotify premium. it was working fine for a year and just as i checked last night its not allowing me to play my music on any of the playlists and plus its asking me to go for premium. My plan is locked in 4 24months so its should be pretty much working. I tried to uninstall.. register again and reinstall as the carrier had advised but still the same. Can anyone enlighten me what to do.

What carrier are you using?

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 
Check the status of your subscription, and if it appears as Free, you do need to go through your carrier instructions on how to link your Spotify with them again.
