My brother used my account for a time and it's changed the history of music I listened. It affects my Discover Weekly and Browse section.

Hey kbrook,

I have the same issue but its because my fb was hacked and I'm still getting charged for a spotify I have no access to. Can you please help me cancel the subscription or at least move it to this one. I want premium but I don't want to pay for 2 just so I can have it. Please advise.

Hey @gokcankahraman - so the general rule is that your account was only supposed to be used by you, not your brother. Not sure how much can be done there unfortunately ๐Ÿ˜•

 

@jkhan86I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

No I'am not, but you said I can't move my subscription.

Correct, you cannot, but that's why I gave you the link to Spotify Support. They can help with some of your playlists and such.

I contacted the support now, they said; "We can't move your subscription".
