Subscription Termination

I have a two years subscription in Canada to use Spoitfy from my service provider, Rogers. I have signed up for it and it appears to be active on their account. However, my paid subscription from the company has not reflected in my account. Spotify has been warning me five days ago about terminating my service. Today is the final warning as it expires tomorrow. I have contacted my mobile carrier but they do not resolve this problem. What do I do?
