I've encountered a small problem, when it comes to subscritpion.
I decided to delete my Facebook account, forgetting that my spotify was linked to it. Tha'ts okay, I just ended my premium account, and created a new account only on spotify. However the problem occurred when I was supposed to buy premium for my new account.
In my delusion I managed to to take the offer that said 99cent, or 9 kr (as it is in my currency). I though I was simply buying the 10.99 dollar premium, when an error popped up on my screen.
The error was saying something like " Ops, your card have allready been appyled to this discharge. Click here to buy regular 10.99 dollar premium. "
Now, I know from the contract I signed that I cannot use the discharge more than once, or if I have had my 30 or 60-day free trial.
Ok, fair enough, it's not like I'm deliberatly trying to scheme the company. Therefore I clicked, hoping that I would be charged correctly and could move on to enjoying my premium once again. Sadly, this was not the case, I just came back to the same page as before, and nothing had happened. So yet again I clicked, hoping it would work out. No, this time I got a text from my bank saying I had been charged for 99 cent, TWICE from spotify, and I had still not acquired premium.
Does anyone know what this is all about? I think I have to contact spotify directly, but I'm wondering if anyone has had a simular problem, and might give me any advices on how to handle it.
Do I have to buy the upgrade, and risk it not charging correctly once more? I'd like to not do that. I know that 01.98 dollars is not "that" much, but it seems suprisngly unfair. I'm a student and my budget is kind of thight, so I'd rather not take the risk.
