I really need help understanding my account. I cancelled my iTunes subscription with apple support but on my spotify account it says the subscription will renew and I will be charged even though I cancelled it? This is really urgent so please respond quickly. So far I have been disappointed with spotify

Hi George, just responded to your other post. As mentioned in that one, if you haven't yet made a payment and thus haven't yet started using Premium, they shouldn't be able to charge you for an UPCOMING month of Premium until the date they have your payment renewal comes.

I'm currently on a free trial and have inputed payment details (iTunes account) so I could be charged. I would be grateful for more help
