Hi community!

Here's my weird situation. Last year I choosed a mobile phone plan with Vodafone which included Spotify premium free of charge for a short time and then with a promo price. Problem is: many months ago I changed my carrier, but I still am on premium!!! I' ve contacted Vodafone italy several times, they always told me "okay, now your premium subscription should be deleted", but nothing happens. I' m not paying anything, since I don't pay any more my mobile plan with Vodafone, but I have Premium both on my pc and android smartphone. 

How are we going to deal with this and find a solution?

Wow, what a weird problem!

Since I have no idea what to do if Spotify actually thinks you've paid for your Premium, I'm sending you this link to check with them here . Are you sure you're not charged anything?

Yup, absolutely sure I'm not charged anything, mine is a rechargeable sim
card, I mean, not linked with any bank account or credit card, I put money
on it when I need. Thanks for the link!

I wish my mobile phone carrier did the same haha!
In any case keep posting if it's not solved
