Tax in the Canary Islands

Good afternoon. I write because I wanted to know how I can modify the tax that you charged on my subscription . In Spain , there are several taxes depending on which areas you live. Overall 21% apply through I.V.A. In my case, I reside in the Canary Islands should be charged 7% through I.G.I.C. I hope to answer , thank you. Greetings.
