This song is not available

I am not able to play some songs on spotify. I will click a song and i get a notification that says "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it".  But if I move the same song into my "Starred" playlist, and I play a song that was in that playlist before and skip it the song plays fine. So from now on if I want to listen to a song I have to move it to that playlist. This is very annoying, and it's starting to make me angry. Does anyone know if i can fix this? I un-installed spotify and re-installed it, then un-installed it again and re-installed an older version, and that didnt work either.

And to add to that, sometimes my songs won't play at all.
