Tricky subscription cancellation

I decided to cancel my premium subscription and I went thru the Spotify web page, selected cancell button and provided requested feedback. However, a further steps was needed though it wasn´t that obviuos. I got charged for an unwanted period and now I have fulfilled the cancellation process in full... Please, avoid these tricks.
