Trouble logging in with not in use email (and deleted Facebook)

I switched phones so I need to log in to Spotify. The problem is that my email which I used to register is not in use anymore (and forgot password) AND I have deleted Facebook a while back so I cannot change my email through FB as suggested before. I would love to get to my Premium account again, but no help so far from spotify so I hope one of you can help me out! I have made a new free account to get to this community helpdesk (fyi). Thanks for helping me out!

If i where you I would stop your current spotify premium membership and start a new one with your new account. If you search your old premium account on spotify you will stil be able to follow your playlist that you made on your old account. Only your private playlistst would be lost.
