My Question or Issue

When the Google Home Mini promotion was still active, I reserved one and was told by the webpage that I needed to wait until there was stock(?). Later, I got an email with a link to redeem and order the device, but was unable to do so since I was on vacation at the time.

 

When I attempted to redeem today through the link provided in the email. I got a 500 error on the redirected Google Store page. What should I do to redeem my device now?

Update: I was able to redeem by going to the email link using incognito mode.

Update: I was able to redeem by going to the email link using incognito mode.
