Trouble with Family Sharing

Trouble with Family Sharing

I have had a premium account for several years, but want to join my dad's Family Sharing account to save some cash. My premium account was a subscription in iTunes. Per Spotify's instructions, I cancelled my account in order for me to join the Family Sharing so as to not lose any of my (many years of) saved music/playlists. However, when I click on the link to join the Family Sharing, it says I can't join becuase I have a subscription through iTunes--except I already cancelled that! Help! I really don't want to lose all my music!

the quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
