Hey!
I have a little problem because I have two Spotify users and I don't really know why. I don't know how I did my second Spotify account and because of that I can't log in my first Spotify account (where is my all playlists, followers etc.). I did my first Spotify user with Facebook and now when I log in Spotify with my FB account it's completely different user than before. So, I can't log in my first Spotify user where is all my things. So could somebody delete that second user/account/whatever (I don't really know how I did it, it's very weird!) that I could use my first Spotify user/account again?
It's frustrating because I know that I have now two Spotify users with Facebook and I can't log in my original Spotify account. Hopefully somebody can help me!

When you login with Facebook now, do you see a 'disconnect from Facebook' link in your preferences?
Did you login with an email address or username? Using an email address logs you in using Facebook, and if you had used a username account previously, the accounts may have been linked.
If you don't see the disconnect from Facebook button, or the issue isn't fixed when you click it, or you never had a username account, you should contact customer services using the Support Form 🙂

I've always logged with my email. Just as suddenly when I was logging in, Spotify told me some number serie which was my username (I haven't never seen that number serie before) but when I logged with that number serie, Spotify told me that my password was incorrect (I used my Facebook password). When I logged at next time with my email, I had new Spotify account (and when I looked my friends who they are following, my first account was normally there). So I really don't know what has happened...
But if my two Spotify accounts have been linked, why I have two different accounts?
Maybe I should use that Support Form?
It sounds like you've created another account, and the old one has been lost in the realm of cyberspace...
So, yes - you would have to contact customer services using the Support Form 🙂

I am having the exact same problem and I don't know what to do about all this.
I'd like my older account to be the one I'm using and delete this new one that spotify made for me..
