Unable To Connect To PREMIUM account

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I've signed up to Spotify lately using my phone, and bought a Premium account.

Today I firstly tried login to my account from my computer, and I was not able to connect using my main email address.

I checked my email inbox, an indeed, there was a single message from spotify.

Also, I cannot remember an email verification request from spotify when I signed up using my phone.

I suspect I signed my account with a wrong email account, did a typo in the email address.

I do not have a Facebook account, and I use a single main email account. 

* I do have the username-id of the account.

I tried login with this userid with several passwords, but still no success.

I need your help connecting to this account (it is premium), or otherwise,

is there some way to cancel the subscription of this account?

I correct my self:

I checked my email inbox, an indeed, to my surprise, there was NOT a single message from spotify.

From the sounds of things I think you may be right, you may have entered the email address incorrect on sign up.

Not to worry, the folks at Spotify Support can get this sorted for you! You can contact them by clicking here. They should be able to help locate this account for you.
