Unable to create new account

Hi,

I've already upgraded from premium to family premium but I'm unable to create accounts for my kids. The Spotify signup page just hangs after hitting on subscribe. Tried on Mac, Windows, Android; Firefox, Chrome. With and without Adblock. On two different days. What's going on Spotify?

Answering to myself after spending some time with the support. Since my kid is still under 13 he's not allowed an own account yet. He will be 13 next month and there's some bad coding on the signup page, it can't properly count the age when so close to being 13, and the page just hangs. Problem has been now reported to the developers.

Thanks for confirming that the age restriction is 13.

https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts/Spotify-Family-Account-age-limit/td-p/1477810 refers to 12 if outside the US, which we are so I expected it to work.

If any Spotify people read this, please make it clearer, and put a check on the account creation page. The family account is great, it just opens up a whole new group of users that need to be thought about.
