My Question or Issue

Trying to sign my son inn to the Family Plan. Email sent, link accepted and then when he tries to sign up, all the fields are entered and he ends up in an infinite loop of Captcha images which keep resetting and so he cannot progress beyond that page. We've tried iPad and MacBook on Safari and Chrome. Really annoying...Any ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for the response. In the end I kept trawling through pages of the same problem and just tethered my Mac to my phone. The sign-up then works over 4G.

Could you try to sign up for Spotify using a browser on incognito mode? Try it and let me know how it will work...
