Unable to reset password

Unable to reset password

Wanted to change my email adress, it said that this one was already in use, so tried to change the password for the one in use. But it said hat there's no account conneced to this email

Hey @losnessos,

 

Do you use that email address for Facebook?

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

It's possible that you have another account that's using that email address. but the weird thing is that it's telling you that no account conneced to your email when you're trying to reset your password. Hmm.. I'd suggest you to contact support in this case.

 

Added to the previous suggestion, you may also reach Spotify through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
