Unattributed $5 charge

I have a premium account which bills on the <sensitive info removed> of each month for <sensitive info removed>

 

Today I noticed a $5 charge from Spotify, but this does not show up in billing history or anywhere else that I can attribute to my account.

 

Is this fraudulent from a 3rd party, and if not how can I get in touch with Spotify to reimburse and ensure no further unattributed charges are placed?

I am sorry to hear this. Spotify charges Premium once per month, per account. Can you try following the steps provided here. If those steps don't help, there's a way to get in touch with Customer Support who can take a look and do their best to help.
