I am being charged for a premium sub and my cc is not even linked to spotify. In my account shows that I am a free user. Is any contatc number to try solve this issue?

I have the same problem.  I keep being charged even though it clearly says that I have a free account.  I need a contact for Spotify to resolve this.

I just noticed a charge on my account as well and it states I have a free account.  I wonder how long it will take them to get back to us to fix this and give us our money back.

How long does it typically take Customer Service to get back to us after we fill out the form?
