I signed up for Unidays and when i try to get the discount. I go through all of the stages, logging into your account (facebook) and when I get to the final "Enter Your Facebook Password" phase and hit enter. I get a message which reads This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later." I just want my discounted spotify.

I've been getting exactly the same message for the last couple of days when I try to get the discount. My Spotify account is definitely registered in the UK. I've contacted UniDays about it and they've said it's a Spotify technical issue but when I contact Spotify I can't get a human to respond to me! Help!
@rcoupland - the credit card currently attached to your account seems to have expired. Try adding a new one from your subscription page and things should then work okay. Your UNiDAYS discount is applied so your payment should be at £4.99 straight away.

My guess is there is some behind the scene negociation which takes place between Student bodies and Spotify, suggest it to your employer 😉

I guess I have to act like I am poor to get one - seeing as most students say they are poor - but can piss it up at the union bar 7 nights a week.
Never mind, Google Music has a few quid off for everyone, so that's a better option 🙂

I have had the exact same problem, and as I only cancelled my account 2 months ago I know my card etc is all working.

Strange, its probably best if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to check out your account for you, see what is going on.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
