Upgrade to Family from already paid Premium

I have paid for a Year of Premium-subscription with a gift-card. Now I would like to upgrade to Family. Should be an extra 50SEK per month. Is this possible?

You can upgrade to Premium for Family anytime. Keep in mind that the renewal date will be brought forward since that subscription comes at a higher price. There's more info about Premium for Family here.

I know I can upgrade anytime, but as I hv already paid for a Year subsciption with a GiftCard, I will hv to start paying the Family fee. And waste the remaining time of my free Gift Card.
