Using Spotify premium simultaneously on 2 or 3 devices?

Greetings! My son has a Spotify free account, and he can stream music on two devices simultanously. Of course, only in shuffle mode and with adds. However, I recently payed for a Premium account to get rid of adds, shuffle and have a better quality. BUT, EVEN WITH OFFLINE ENABLED PLAYLISTS, which are downloaded, right?, when I play one on my PC, and start a song on my mobile too, my PC goes into pause mode.

Please don't tell me Spotify only allows one device per Premium account to actually play music? I just got here away from Microsoft's Groove Music pass, but at least that allowed me to play music on 4 devices registered simultaneously!!!

Hi Ronald!

No worries, we'll help sort things out.

With Spotify Free or Premium, it's only possible to stream from one device at a time.

With a Premium account, you can set the app to Offline Mode and be able to use it on up to 3 devices. Just make sure that the app's not connected to the internet.

Hope this clears things up 🙂
