Vodaphone customer not receiving premium

Vodaphone customer not receiving premium

I'm a vodaphone customer who is signed up for the red offer which entitles me to 1 year premium level of spotify and yet I'm not receiving it. I have contacted vodaphone and they say it reads that I've claimed the offer. Something has occurred incorrectly when I signed up. I ask that this gets looked into and that I please be contacted! 3 emails sent so far and have received no response. It is truly frustrating and shows poor customer service!

Have you received your case number from support?

 

If support replies you to check community for a solution or if you received your case number (#XXXXXXXX), please reply back even if there is "no reply" tag and tell that you still need help. If your inbox is empty please check spam.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

looks like there is no answer on here but folks with the same problem

 

I've checked my spam and inbox daily and still no reply.

I have the same problem. A week has passed, I'm paying for the service and I am still on free. I'm truly disapointed...

I had to go into Vodaphone on Monday for further assistance as recieving no contact from Sportify. Still waiting for my issue to be solved! Had recieved no support from Sportify despite their customer service form stating you will be contacted within 24-48 hours! 

 

well i had a great result.

i sent martin.joyce@vodafone.com snap shots of the process and error message and after just 2 more emails my problems was resolved.

Spotify explained that the contract was held with Vodafone so only they could resolve the problem and after these emails all been resolved.

 

try and email the above with the problem you are having... got to woth a try.

I am the same, so sure not unique occurance. Rang Vodaphone previously and listened to drivvel
