Hey everyone, i became premium again after 2 years of absence, my devices did not gain offline acces but when i tried to reset it i found this
"We had an error retrieving your offline devices. Please try again later."  anyone with a well educated guess?

That is odd. Can you check in your account page if you have too many offline devices already or if the one you are trying to use shows up?

Going to that page you suggested I got the same message: "We had an error retrieving your offline devices. Please try again later." and probably I have just one device with offline music (that I can't even turn on anymore because that cellphone is broken) and now I can't download offline music with my new device (that I already used 2 months ago for Spotify)

Got the same issue...

 

Just rebuilt my Android device, tried to download a playlist and got the "You have too many devices" message...

 

Followed the instructions and under "Offline Devices" I am also getting "We had an error retrieving your offline devices. Please try again later."

 

Really frustrating as I need to download a playlist fro my trip home as it's almost impossible to stream on the tubes properly

On my account it stills shows it's impossible to retrieve the devices.

How do you managed to make it work again?

I'm facing the same issue and it's really annoying.

I'm at a point where I'm really thinking of leaving spotify. Too many bugs

Mmmmm strange now its working again. Really weird!

i selected this answer because i think most are going to have this, it will last a couple of hours and suddenly start working normaly
