Weekly hours quota full - forever

Weekly hours quota full - forever

I've tried spotify 1 month, and cancelled my sub then. I chose another service, but coming back time to time, and evaluating spotify to make my final decision. Now when I enter as a free user, it tells me that "my free listening weekly quota is full, so I need to wait until next week". The problem is this never goes away, after waiting a few weeks.

 

And the thing annoys me most is, spotify support did not answer my messages about this matter. I'm looking for help, though I'm wondering how community can help, when Spotify support does not.

 

Basically I have 2 questions.

 

1. I made some research and think may be weekly quotas are still there in Europe (may be Turkey in particular). But this is an error that does not work weekly. Logging off, trying both desktop and web clients did not help. Can this be fixed?

 

2. Does spotify no more provide support? If so don't bother, because I would not think of subbing again.

Hello!

 

1. Hmmm.. That's weird that it never goes away. Do you have a case number from the support request you submitted?

2. Spotify does provide Support through this page 🙂 and through the community, of course!

We do still have weekly limits for free accounts in Turkey though, I'm afraid, sorry!

Thank you Adam, that's very unfortunate. But at least I'll be able to check the service, waiting to hear from support then.

 

Spotify is new in Turkey, I hope these will change in time.

I don't have a solution, I'm just here to let you know I have this issue too. I haven't been using my spotify account in a few weeks because every time I log in and try to play something I'm told my limit has been reached for the week.

 

I am in Japan.
