Where is my premium service?

Where is my premium service?

On 11/29 I received an email from Sporify saying my account was paused. Later that day, I received an emailed receipt from Apple showing my Spotify subscription was charged. On 12/3, my bank cleared the Spotify charge. Why can't I access my premium service? I've already logged off/on and reinstalled my app.

Just received a completely unhelpful form email response from Spotify referring me back to forums. Here I am!! Please, how about some help?
