White Screen

When I try to use my account on my iphone it just goes to a white screen. I have deleted and reloaded it dozens of times. No joy. I can use my account on my laptop no problem and I have created another account that I was able to use on the iphone but when I try to use my main (real) account it always goes to the white screen right after logging in.

Do you have a large number of playlists?
Just to rule out this being some sort of temporary issue, can you try restarting your device by holding the home and lock buttons together for 10 seconds until the apple logo appears on screen and then try again?
