Why cannot I bank transfer (dotpay) Premium for Family? (Poland)

Hey, as I bought Spotify Premium I could pay with dotpay, but when I try to buy Premium for Family I can only use credit card and PayPal.

How can I use dotpay for buying Premium for Family?

PS. My accounts country is Poland.

Hi @shader301270. My understanding is that Spotify Family requires that the payment is something that needs to be directly done through Spotify. How this exactly works so that PayPal is acceptable and DotPay isn't, I'm not aware, but I do know that at this time only a credit/debit card, or PayPal are accepted ways of paying for Premium.
