Wrong facebook keeps linking

Hi

I have spotify premium. Person who I don't know and have never met has their facebook linked to my account. I have tried to log out of facebook and log back in by going through settings/social but as soon as I type my facebook email and password in it logs this random person in and not me. This is a problem as this person is often on spotify meaning I keep getting locked out of using it on my device.

Any solutions?

Hi Dave! 

Are you logged into the right facebook account on the internet? if yes try logging out of it 🙂 If you have previusly used other browsers try logging out from facebook there (maybe your on the "wrong" one there"

Hi

I have tried that. I am not logging in with the wrong favebook account. I
enter my facebook credentials (my facebook user name and my facebook
password) and as soon as I do it comes up with someone else's picture and
profile. I don't know this person nor have ever met them. I have logged
out and in with facebook several times on spotify with my correcy details
but this issue is happening still. I have changed my spotify password. I
have told it to log out from all devices. How does this person have access
to my spotify.

Hmm sounds really strange? 

You can head over to twitter and write a DM to the spotify employees at @SpotifyCares they are really kind and helpful and im sure they can sort out your problem!
