Xbox one troubleshooting

hi...i have been trying to log onto my spotify account on my xbox one but its just stuck on the loading screen i have tried everything... i even tried it by creating another microsoft account and it worked but it insnt working on my main account due to some reason.. i have also tried reinstalling it but it didnt afeect the issue at all i have also tried unplugging the console and plugging it back again... spotify connect isnt also working

hello, 

since the alternative account you created is working I suggest you use that one. you can search up your playlists from your main Spotify account, follow them, and that way you can play them on your Xbox.

I'm glad that creating a new account worked for you. Sometimes there can be issues with the accounts themselves, in which case it's always better to create a new one.

If you want to close your old account permanently, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to close your account here.
2. Note: Be sure to cancel any subscriptions first.
3. Select Account.
4. Select I want to close my Spotify account permanently.
5. Continue through the steps.

I noticed you mentioned you are having trouble using Connect. Could you let us know what is happening exactly? We'll be glad to help you out 🙂
