My old Spotify account is merged with my facebook, how do I delete it?

As the title says, I tried to login on Spotify with my Facebook but instead it login with my old account which I no longer want cus of the username, is there any way to remove my account from my facebook so I can make a new one?

What's New list doesn't seem to be updating

How often does the "What's New" feature update? I've had the same five cds showing up on the What's New list for about five weeks. Just curious. Am I supposed to be refreshing the app in some way? Thanks.
