can't Login(you are offline),saw all similar post,but useless

I can't log in to my Spotify app. The prompt message always says "You are currently set to offline", but I'm connected to the internet.

After a while it just asks if I "need help logging in?" but it refers me to change my password. I've changed my password and tried to log in again, but the same message appears. it sends an email for the link to login but as I click on it, it says expired! all just going round in circles.

I've also updated the app, clear the cache, delete data, restart the phone, reinstalled the app, but still the same.

 However, Spotify on the computer works fine. just the phone app that's having trouble.

please help me to resolve it!

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

We'd recommend using a different network to try and log in, as well as turning off your VPN if you use one.

If that doesn't do it for you, make sure that the county registered on your account matches the country you're currently in with the steps here.
