can't cancel premium or login

I will preface by saying the account I am using to post this is not the account I am referring to.

 

Years ago, my ex and I were sharing a spotify account. I got a new phone recently and went to log onto my account on the new device. I cannot access it as I do not have FB and the account isn't connected to my google accounts. I can not access the account or cancel the membership. Someone please help. It's not right to be charged for something I can't use.
