can't log in, my ex changed his password

Good day!!!! I have this problem.

I registered spotify premium using my phone number, money and all but unfortunately i forgot that the facebook logged on was my boyfriend's.

So I'm using my boyfriend's spotify account instead of mine... (we know that spotify and fb acc are connected)


Earlier this morning, we broke up. So he changed his facebook's password.... And the spotify acc logged on to my app wwas logged out.

What to do... I have the receipt, the email address and all. What to do. I want to retrieve the account 😧
