My Question or Issue

upgraded to premium but it would always say Spotify is offline, go online to listen to music. Isn’t that the whole reason for getting premium so I can listen to it anywhere? I went to setting and the playback option. It would say Spotify is offline or if you switched it, it would say Spotify is set to offline? So I deleted the app and signed up with my family’s premium plan and redownloaded the app. No every time I go to login, it says it’s experiencing problems and to try again later. This has been going on for weeks and I have had 0 benefits from switching to premium and still have to pay for it
