can't log in using facebook on the app, but I can on the web

My Question or Issue

I tried logging in with facebook on the app, but it says my password is wrong, however when I log in on the webpage using facebook, it does work. I already tried reinstalling the app, it doesn't work. I tried to supply a new password using my facebook settings, following one of the treads on this community site, it also doesn't work and keeps saying that my password is wrong. 

The weirdest thing to me, is that I never log out of spotify, so I don't get why I am suddenly logged off and I can't log in.

Can you please help me?

Can you let me know if you created your account using Facebook? Also, can you try logging in using your Spotify username/email address and your password?

I did indeed create my account using Facebook, so I only ever logged in that way. I do not have a specific Spotify username.
I even tried logging in with email and Facebook password, still doesn't work.

Can you try having a password reset with the email addresd linked to you Facebook account?
