can’t log in

can’t log in

my app kept crashing so i deleted the app and reinstalled it hoping it work. 

 

After doing so, i cannot log in nor log in without password and i keep getting “something went wrong”

i cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled, re started my phone, tried everything i could and still cannot log in. 

 

I’m extremely annoyed and cannot receive any help. 

Why can’t i log in?? it works on my desktop we well as safari. 

Frustrating that there is no help line too.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're sorry to hear about this.

 

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This is different than a quick reinstall and could be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
