can't log into spotify account

i use spotify on my ps4 but when i changed my playstation account's email, i was unable to log into the spotify account on pc.

To ensure we are on the same page, you said you changed the PS account email address and now you cannot access your Spotify account on your PC, right? Is it happening to other devices? Are you still having access to Spotify on your PS4?
